July Theme Suggestions

Dear World Blockchain Round Table Community,

It's time to suggest the next themes for the month of July!

We are asking for all WBRT community members to post the themes you want to see our hosts discuss next month. The top themes will be placed into a Lair GI for WBRT LOT holders to vote.

Of those, the top five voted on topics will be discussed next month!

Themes should be general subjects that will give all the hosts an opportunity to discuss.

NEW Please limit your theme title to 75 characters or less as some of the platforms have a title limit.

Please do not make Dragonchain or Den related suggestions.

All entries should be posted by Wednesday June 17th at 9 am EDT / 1pm UTC.

Thank you for participating in the WBRT community!

Dear friends,

The next episode of the World Blockchain Round Table is on Thursday June 11th. The World Blockchain Round Table is for anyone and everyone. All blockchains are welcome. All perspectives are welcome. The first hour our hosts will answer questions related to this week’s theme. Then our host will stick around for the World Blockchain After Show airing on YouTube.

The topic for episode #264: 17 Years of Bitcoin: What We've Learned?

Nominated by: iam4iam

Reminder

Per a WBRTDAO vote found here WBRTians are permitted to suggest a theme change at any time. If you want to request a theme change simply make the suggestion under this post in the replies. In the event there are multiple suggestions for theme changes the highest voted reply will be chosen.

WBRT welcomes blockchain aficionados to answer questions and topics as chosen by this community, the WBRT Lair.

Please leave one related question or topic for discussion in the comments of this post for the hosts. If your comment gets discussed you will receive Lair Ownership Tokens from the WBRT Lair!

Hosts and topic contributors will receive Lair Ownership Tokens (LOT) from the WBRT Lair each week, which will be equal to the total number of views the episode gets on all platforms, over the span of 1 week, rounded to the nearest significant digit.

Hosts will split 2/3 of the total LOT. Topic contributors will split 1/6 of the total LOT. WBRT will get 1/6 of the total LOT. Additional LOT in the amount equal to what each topic contributor gets will be created for the person who suggested the week’s theme. Also if the host ended the show within 5 minutes before or after the 1 hour allotted they too will get the same amount of LOT as the topic contributors.

It is important to note: Each LOT comes with 1) Free edits in the Lair, 2) A portion of all MTR mined in the Lair, 3) Future governance votes in the Lair.

We will only discuss the top 2-4 comments! Good luck!

When Login Becomes Control

Logging in with Google saves time. It also ties access, data, recovery, and control to one company.

This new short clip from our 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 series looks at what happens when centralized login becomes part of how we access work, money, files, apps, travel, communication, and verification.

SourceLess takes this conversation toward owned digital identity.

365 AI Worksheet Prompts Review 2026

Let’s be honest. Creating educational worksheets from scratch is time-consuming. Whether you’re a teacher prepping for Monday’s class, a homeschool parent planning next week’s lessons, or a KDP seller building worksheet books — the content creation step eats hours every single week. That’s why I decided to write this 365 AI Worksheet Prompts review — to see if this product actually saves time and delivers on its promises.

What if you could paste a prompt into any free AI chatbot and get a complete, ready-to-print worksheet in under 60 seconds?

Before questions: "What is a Blockchain Fork?
.

Metaphor: Imagine a big group of friends on a long road trip, all riding together in one convoy and following the exact same route on the map (this is the original blockchain — everyone agrees on the rules and the history of the journey so far). At some point, they reach a major fork in the road. Some people in the group want to turn left because they believe it’s faster, has better scenery, or follows their original plan. Others insist on turning right to stick to the old route or try something new.  Instead of arguing forever and forcing everyone to go one way, the group decides to split up.

.

That’s exactly what a blockchain fork is — the chain splits into two independent blockchains at a certain block, each following its own chosen path afterward.

Question: What is the main difference between a hard fork and a soft fork?

Question: Let’s compare two of the most famous blockchain forks in history: Bitcoin Cash (BCH) in 2017 and Ethereum Classic (ETC) in 2016. One was driven primarily by a scaling and usability disagreement, while the other was rooted in a fundamental philosophical battle over immutability versus user protection.

In your view, which fork better justified splitting the chain, and what lessons do these two cases teach us about when forking is truly necessary versus when the community should find a compromise?

It’s hard to say? What is the future of Den? The original platform was great and very profitable. I think the harsh reality of this platform is that most great social media companies have adopted the pay to post subscription which took away dens uniqueness. What drives consumers to this platform? There’s nothing really unique to Den that other socials aren’t doing now. And I think this is the first business I have seen that allows anyone to vote on one way door decisions. To me that is dangerous, but I respect that it honors the true nature of Den. I think a new CEO makes sense here and Joe should step down and reach out for additional help.
